By creating an account, attempting a mock test, or using any resources provided by The Rankers Vision, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Educational Services & Mock Tests

• Our mock tests (including IIITH UGEE, LEEE, and others) are designed strictly for practice and self-evaluation.
• Scores and All India Ranks provided on our leaderboard are relative to the students attempting the test on our platform and do not guarantee actual exam results.
• We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our questions and answers, but we do not accept liability for any typographical errors or content inaccuracies.

3. User Accounts and Privacy

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google Login).
• When you provide your personal details (Name, Phone Number, Target Exams) via our onboarding process, you consent to us using this data to tailor our guidance and send you relevant educational updates.
• Your data is securely stored and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to test questions, study materials, UI/UX design, and logos, are the intellectual property of The Rankers Vision and Vipul Mishra. You may not copy, distribute, or sell any of our content without explicit written permission.

5. Fair Usage Policy

We expect all students to maintain academic integrity while attempting mock tests. Any attempt to hack, manipulate scores, spam the database, or disrupt the platform's services will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account.

6. Admission Guidance & College Reviews

Our college reviews and admission counseling are based on real student feedback, alumni networks, and expert analysis. However, admission decisions are ultimately at the discretion of the respective colleges/universities. The Rankers Vision does not guarantee admission to any specific institution.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
